Common Causes of Divorce

There are many different reasons why parties fall apart.  The majority of the reasons have to do with finances, decision making, lifestyle choices and a lack of intimacy.  Many parties do not take steps to prevent or solve marital issues.  They often grow farther and farther apart as the months pass.  The bonds that hold a couple together from the start seem to dwindle over time.  A lack of communication and/or willingness to attempt to communicate can effectively drive parties apart.

Other issues that divide parties include mental cruelty, physical cruelty, adultery, desertion, and irreconcilable differences.
